How do I care for my jewelry?
The majority of our collection consists of Argentium sterling silver, 14/20 gold fill and or copper. The surface of these metals may darken over time due to natural wear. In this case, the jewelry can be wiped clean with a jewelry cloth, or placed in a jewelry cleaning solution. Stones, pearls, bone, coral, shell, or anything other than metal should NOT be placed into these solutions. Beware that cleaning oxidized silver can remove the finish from the metal’s surface and alter the appearance. For any other jewelry care questions or inquiries, contact me at email@example.com
How will my jewelry be shipped and when can I expect it?
The standard goal is to ship your order within 2-3 days after payment is received. Special orders will require additional time. Your order will ship via USPS first class - prices quoted on this site include this service. That being the standard method, however, I cannot be responsible for any loss or damage once a package has left me. I package well and simply expect USPS to do their job by delivering in good condition. Based on my experience, reports of damage are very limited. Shipping transit times vary by location but typically range from 2-5 business days. If you wish to purchase tracking or insurance for your package, or a faster shipping method, please contact me in advance so we can discuss any additional fees.

When will my order be delivered?
Generally, our couriers will attempt delivery anytime between 7 a.m. and 9 p.m. Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays). However, it really depends on your chosen shipping method.
